I'm posted the question as neorev...

Hi Liam, is there any new gear/techniques that you're incorporating into your live set up? You've gone from the Roland W-30's to Mac laptops with Ableton. What sorta gear are you using now? Any new stuff out there/favorite pieces of gear that helped with the album writing process?

P.S. Can we please get "Rise Of The Eagles" in lossless in the near future. Cheers, mate!

here's some of my questions so far:

ifilgood wrote:
As a musician, what do you consider to be your greatest achievement? And what might be Maxim's and Keith's answer to that question?

ifilgood wrote:
You used to release singles before an album is ready (Charly, EITP, One Love, No Good, Firestarter, Breathe etc.). Baby's Got A Temper was the last one. But since AONO was released you don't do that anymore. Why? Was it planned?

ifilgood wrote:
You've released two EP's. What Evil Lurks and Lost Beats. Is there anything holding you from releasing more music on this format?

I believe it could be a good way to both 1) test out waters and 2) give out music that you still consider good, but just not fitting on an album (Warning, AWOL, etc.)

ifilgood wrote:
Was there a moment the band was seriously on the verge of breaking up? Can you explain.

ifilgood wrote:
I always wonder why Keith's band album (Flint - Device 1) got cancelled? Can you provide some insight on that? Did you like it.

ifilgood wrote:
How is Leeroy doing? Do you guys see him every now and then?

ifilgood wrote:
You looked pretty triumphant when you finished AONO ( http://theprodigyfanboy.com/wp-content/ ... nopic1.jpg ). You seem now a bit dissatisfied of the end product (bottom right here: http://i.imgur.com/IZNHGAZ.jpg ).

What is the turning point of you being happy with your creation, and then not being happy anymore? That question can also apply with Baby's Got A Temper, or any music from that period of time, for that matter.

ifilgood wrote:
I heard you guys had a routine before going on stage. Can you elaborate?

ifilgood wrote:
How's family life? Like, seriously.

How are Keith and Maxim doing on that matter.

Just being a groupie

Im at job so I cant join ama. But you can ask about sunlight riff. Ep, b sides, future plans for the band, physical single realeses, dirtchamber part 2, no souvenirs, awol...

No point to ask about AWOL, No Souvenirs, dirtchamber 2 I guess, many interviews mentioned those already. At least I don't want to ask about them. I considered asking about AWOL Bratislava, but I don't want to ask about old tracks too much in general - so if someone wants, you may add this to the Sunlight riff question which is a nice suggestion. Future plans were discussed as well so it'd be a waste of a question, unless we'd phrase the question in a good way.

Can somebody make a question about this: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=8781 (Russian movie STALKER being a possible inspiration of Breathe/Firestarter videos)? I already have a lot of questions, I am afraid this one is too detailed and I don't want to make a wall of death, I mean, wall of text...

I asked about some clues on what might be the next single, chances of Medicine and Deathray being played live, oldschool tracks at non-festival gigs (doing that one for you bros, since this year it's Opener festival in Poland for me :( ). I also made a joke about "I love flowers" for a good end :D Remember to upvote what you can, and don't downvote stuff to get our responses higher - I know it's tempting seeing as we could raid any post, but I don't think it's a good way to deal with this.

I updated the first post with the AMA link.

Put my few in there, posting as "jmckrew", hope all the brainkiller crew get their questions answered :) I will upvote everyone else post, appreciate anyone that helps me out also.

1). Would you be interested in putting out an suite style EP of atmospheric tracks similar to Beyond the Deathray, Weather Experience, Omen Reprise, Medusa's path etc?

2). Would it be possible to release more Dirtchamber sessions as downloads through the official site, rather than a commercial release, to save all the clearance issues you had on the first one?

3). Ever thought of getting Leeroy back in for some vocals on future tracks, I think his different styling would really work with tunes similar to Invisible Sun?, plus he's a fucking legend :)

4). I hope you got those Streetsounds Electro & John Carpenter soundtracks I sent you years ago?

Well he is sure going to get the obvious ones like "where's No Souvenirs and AWOL" and "will you play my country please".

Since Liam is not too keen on releasing old stuff, I asked a question (as EnterAndBreak) how did he then dig out Destroy (old demo from 2007-2008) to be featured on new album. Upvote it if you want, I thought it would be interesting since he always is like "trying to go forward and not look at old stuff".

Hello Master H, thanks for making the most ass-kicking and beautiful music in the world.
Loved how you dug out some old demos and sampled your own back catalogue for the new album. What made you go back as far as 2006 for some bits and pieces for new tracks? (For example tiny riff of Heatwave in Rebel Radio, and Destroy was originally a demo with Wiley from 2008, I think). Those two are killer tracks!

Ha, that's a nice way to ask a difficult question xD

For those that still don't know - answers go live in about 1 hour (20:00 CEST, 18:00 British summer time?)

Nice questions everyone. Voted for all. I asked about the sunlight riff and the video with the band.

Good question. Been asking myself the same thing, like, Martina's "the day is my enemy" dates back from the IMD sessions. Why is it coming out now?

Upvoted ya. :bigthumb:

Oh yeah, forgot about The Day vocals man! This album kept surprising me because it was a playground for so many old ideas and samples. If you even think about Roadblox it's the result of evolution spanning 10 years from a Spitfire remix.

I've asked 2 questions.

Quote:
Yo Master L! Would you ever consider a fan selected set list for a one night only gig?

Have you released any music under any other aliases as in Nicky Santoro? ;) #flashback

Oh no, you didn't!

Guys, he starts answering in 15 minutes or so. And does it for two hours, you can get a chance. The most upvoted questions are the ones to appear first.
