Early stages of wild frontier is cool too he(Lh) should've released it as a special mix with different beats and tempo. You know the other artists do fine remixes too in their own discipline but they are made like they do it just for the sake of remixing - they don't feel special to me.
(thx for recording the interview btw)

Tonight 10pm to 12am. Can someone record it (preferably without a Brainkiller 'watermark' voice over)?: - http://www.xfm.co.uk/http://eddytm.com/xfm-the-remix-with-ed ... ith-flint/Quote: Xfm The Remix with eddyTM, Liam Howlett and Keith Flint Posted on April 3, 2015 at 12:43 pm.
To celebrate the release of their new album ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ this week, the Prodigy boys, minus Maxim, came into the Xfm studio to record a very special ‘special’. Rebelling as ever, Liam said he didn’t want to do a ‘normal’ album run through, he felt something deeper would be more appropriate, given we’d had such a good time recording the ‘Desert Island Discs’ type show for Spotify a week previously (just search Liam Howlett’s Rebel Radio playlist and you’ll find what turned out to be, probably the highlight of my career). So, the boys take us through not only 10 tunes from their blistering new album, but choose a track from each of their previous albums to play and tell us the stories behind them. It’s compelling, fascinating and uncompromising as ever.
The Prodigy – The Day Is My Enemy (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Everybody In The Place (Original 12″ version) (XL) – ad break () The Prodigy – Poison [off ‘Music For The Jilted Generation’ LP] (XL) The Prodigy – Rok-Weiler [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) – ad break () The Prodigy – Rebel Radio [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Medicine [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Beyond The Death Ray [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) – ad break () The Prodigy – Wild Frontier [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Wall Of Death [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Invisible Sun [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) – ad break () The Prodigy – Roadblox [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Ibiza [off ‘The Day Is My Enemy’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) – ad break () The Prodigy – Smack My Bitch Up (Noisia Remix) [off ‘Fat Of the Land’ LP Reissue Bonus Disc] (XL) The Prodigy – Spitfire [off ‘Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned’ LP] (XL) The Prodigy – Take Me To The Hospital [off ‘Invaders Must Die’ LP] (Cooking Vinyl) The Prodigy – Big Gun Down (XL) [end of show]

[end of show] Sounds another good un. I really enjoyed that spotify thing he did, so many of the same records, same memories as me. We're both 43 year old ex b boys so I guess it's not that amazing. But V The EddyTM thing: Not able to record it myself but there's wizards man.

This was a good listen, although some same things discussed as in the Rebel Playlist Spotify thing.
What surprised me was the story with Comanche / Big Gundown. I didn't know they had gone through such a struggle just to get a b-side out, that no one except the fans really even noticed. They said that Ennio Morricone samples are almost impossible to clear so they really had to make friends with Morricone's son to finally get an approval for the track. Not said directly, but it was implied their title was Comanche but they had to change it to Big Gundown (name of the sampled movie score) in order to get it out. Respect goes out for this, it's a great track live and in studio form.

Thanks for recording the XFM interview (and only having the Brainkiller 'watermark' once). It's a really good interview.
It's funny how Liam doesn't remember that 'The Big Gundown' was released on Cooking Vinyl / Take Me To The Hospital and not XL Recordings. Liam also doesn't know/remember that the 'The Big Gundown' is a bonus track on the Special Edition of 'Invaders Must Die' CD.
