Don't get the fuss about this gig, Keith looks bored stiff on stage , the new tracks aside from Get Your Fight On, really are not very good live, the crowd, for the most part, was lame as fuck, they really are just going through the motions these days as a band, and yes i did see them live last month..... shame..

Seen the Prodge about ten times over the years and got to say, recent Ally Pally, the guys were definitely not the best I've seen them, I left there quite disappointed.

good one mate :D

no actually freehand is pretty spot on, but I don't think anyone is arguing otherwise for real right?
It's a cool gig, but they definitely look slower and less pumped than a few years back.

GYFO is an amazing tune. I wonder what made the crowd react so little. It does errupt after the breakdown though

We shouldn't ignore the fact that these chaps are pushing 50. It's a miracle they are even still doing these high energy shows. They will tire easily and have less stamina. There are also biological reasons why older people are less tolerant of loud bassy music and flashing lights. So I'm surprised they are still into it at all.

Besides, this slow-down on stage isn't just a recent thing. Watch some of those gigs from the 93 to 98 eras - look how Keith and Maxim throw themselves about the stage like hyperactive children. They've been slowing down ever since then.

I remember noticing it even back in Leeds Festival 2002 - for me that year is still the low point in Prodigy live performance.

Yeah but in 2002 they were like 30. And they looked the best. Or 2005 where Keith had that black suit with the wolf on the back. That was their prime. More mature than in the 90's, but still young

People!!!!!!!!!!!!! The prodigy the arę 50 years old , 25 years on stage, and you say their look tired, yes ther are! But they fucking try, still do amazing show, which electronic band outlive for 25 years be on top all the time? No one , they are no young any more, but still the best. Be together for 25 years and listen the same shit is difficult. Yes you can say their they lazy with set list and stuff , specially for people following them every day. But I can't see second band like this . Still the best . I was watching other bands from Rock am ring , and their were fucking boring, even slipknot, boring boring boring, or foo fighters nothing special

It is not them that are bored. It is YOU that feel that boredom exclusively in your minds. Because it is as tempting as pointless to take the 97 heyday image and impose it each and every time they play. And that's what the bored do.
What they do, though, may be likened to playing pro soccer (or football, if you like). It is just that exhausting. So now show me a footballer who's started in 1990 and not only still on the pitch, but performing equally well as in his prime. That ain't gonna happen.
Keith seems pretty much at odds with LH, I agree with that. Only now has he started to liken himself so eagerly to a 'stage diver that never got chopped off.' Aloofness's crept in. But so what? They are people and they live in reality. I like the recent album, in spite of that emotional fading, and I will but applaud if Liam goes solo and/or turns soundtrack-writing.

And Wild Frontier is also amazing! Specially with this crazy lightshow!

Wild Frontier is really fantastic track, it works well on CD, on radio play, on video, and live also. Its really one of Prodigy's most complete tracks and finest work. And majority of my frieds said its best track on the album.

After reading all the negative comment's I watched the footage again and all I can say is they are still cutting it. Wild Frontier, TDIME and Get yo fight on really works, the crowd is going mental.

Also I watched other performances from RAR and The Prodigy still makes them look silly. Don't be close minded, The Prodigy is still a huge live act in music community.

Also I never ever gave any credit to Maxim, I bet he works his ass of to be in this shape. The dude is really inspiring and His presence is really heavy on stage.

I am now seriously considering to fly out to London and see them perform whit Public Enemy supporting in December.

I don't think anyone is comparing them to 97 but rather 2009/2010.

Maxim is still the boss on stage. :-D

Maxim is in such a good shape that I think he can jump and mcing on stage next 5 years on stage at least. Second thing is that his mcing is better. You can hear it on rar videos that he is giving more lyrics to some tracks than before, Keef too. Thats a step forward. And Keef is not bored or tired. He is giving the live shom everything he did before he is just maybe slower cause of his age and because he is not working out much. But call him bored, just no. He live the gig and the stage. Thats what is giving him the life energy. Keith is the live show. He said that million times. And yes they are still killers on the stage. We just need some variations in the setlist.
And one more thing, they were worst in 2002, they are much better live now 13 years later than then. So why moan...
