XL logo is somehow distorted (too wide), also XL-Recordings 1991 looks distorted too.

Fake, sorry. The only promo CD which exists is a compilation CD of XL-Recordings, for when they reissued various old records by XL-Recordings artists, such as What Evil Lurks and Charly. I know of two promo compilation CDs, of which the first contained What Evil Lurks and the second Charly.
