Liam talked about his love of making "dangerous" beats, the new album The Day Is My Enemy, the importance of Roland 808, and the influence Public Enemy has had on the band. https://soundcloud.com/vocalomusic/theprodigythanks! would love to see that 808 movie.

not really an interview... but five songs liam picked and explaining why.... use google translator http://fm4.orf.at/stories/1764257/Public Enemy - It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back (1988)"Prodigy music has always been influenced by the energy of Public Enemy, the chaos, the productions of the Bomb Squad, were for me as important as British rave culture. I also like their first album very much, but that's the plate through which I discovered it. A confirmation of how good they are. Just great. " Ennio Morricone - "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" (1966)"I really like all of it, but that is perhaps his best record. The influence of Morricone on The Prodigy's certainly not particularly obvious or clear. But I like his work, how he always manages to keep the tension. tension, long out hesitation, until it becomes almost unpleasant. I did partially, by other means, of course, tried to transfer into our music. " Dr. Dre - The Chronic (1992)"Great plate. We were in Los Angeles to shoot a video when the album is released. As you feel the vibe perhaps equal to quite different. Clearly, a classic, of course, one of the best hip-hop albums of all time, Tune Tune after, still valid today. " Rage Against The Machine - "Rage agaisnt The Machine" (1992)"I have never or only very little rock music really belongs. That was at school something for the older kids. But Rage Against The Machine were different. They had the radio, the Groove, a kind of hip-hop sensibility. Since I could feel a connection. The still is today. Definitely a favorite album of all time. " Slaves - "Are You Satisfied?" (2015)"To even a little to arrive in the presence Granted. In the recent past me no new board really blew The album of the slaves will be vermultich no All-time favorite of mine, but I like it at the moment very, very. like and I like it of the stuff that has appeared in the last one or two years so, at best. I like their sonic attack, I like the simplicity, I like the lyrics. They are refreshing and exciting, they have wit and their riffs are dangerous. "

Yesterday i read 3-4 ancient interviews of Nekosite with Liam. Two or three before AONO was released and another one after. I had forgotten those. It is so long ago. OMGI did not know if i had to laugh or get mad. I really believe that you have to refresh your memories. Start from the bottom the oldest one. http://www.nekozine.co.uk/prodigy/interviews/interviews.html

Cool interview
They are recording a new ep! This is probably a while before TDIME Expanded was in the works so wouldn't count on it now.

I don't know man, the question was about the TNIMF ep. Besides, the new expanded album is more about '/putting together the remixes etc' not recording. The only thing new he recorded is the Dope dod remix. Dyouknowhatimean?

Yeah, I'm grateful too. This is their most active period ever.

Yeah I'm thinking they might of scrapped the 2 other EPs he had plan to do this instead. He had said during the NIMF EP interviews they finished the next EP and were working on another. He also said none of the other scrapped songs would be reworked like AWOL so they might of all just been these remixes.
