The new Benny Blanco is cool... but still far off from being a full on track. Let's hope Liam keeps at it. It's definitely a good starting point, but very demo sounding.

Oh hell no they didn't! Shivers down my spine, thanks for that good quality recording!! Sounds so raw and old school, yet even better with the new twists. If Liam would get past clearing those samples and release this for the next EP I'd be in heaven. He said he likes to move on with new tracks though, so I guess this is just a special live treat. But who knows, he can change his mind really often.

To me it was like:
+ overall great show (light, atmosphere, Public Enemy, Benny Blanco) + mixed audience - real smashers in the front, casual peeps in the back
- ZiggoDome too big - sound was worse, especially in the back (but why want you be in the back anyway) - same set, no surprises except for Benny Blanco which brings us back to basics (kind of) - had blood on my shirt and it wasn't from me

I unexpectedly ended up with sitting tickets, but after a long day at work, I did not mind in the end. Enjoyed the show. Loved the intro and Benny Blanco. Sound quality was good where I was, better than at the Heineken Music Hall for example, which is just around the corner of the Ziggo Dome. Met with Flav who joined the balcony where I was sitting. Had a nice evening which went by way too fast.
