Im not sure if you are ironic, but i like fighter beat for what it is On the other hand, releasing Warning as instrumental is such waste, cause Flint rocks on it. Also i preferred Back to school with Maxim vocals. I wasn't ironic.

Band likely can't release those tracks as XL probably has them licensed since they were written during that era, and not sure of the semantics of it but the band might have a clause in their Cooking Vinyl contract that states no releasing tunes under other labels? Not sure when their CV contract expires, but very likely they are contractually obligated.

Also, I'm happy they released kids clothing. Barely in time for holiday season, their lifer fans are of age to have ankle biters singing some prodigy tunes, I know I do!

I'm pretty sure XL does have rights for warning, but not for trigger and nuclear etc as they were never released.
I do not think they hold licence over written tunes but not released...never heard of that

If XL had s licence for those tracks there's nothing to stop them releasing them.

I thknk recording companies do not hold licences over tunes that are not released, period. Is that even common?

Just a quick question.... Ages and ages ago I downloaded a TDIME beta version mp3 file, probably from the russian??? site freemuzichka. I don't know where it went and I can't seem to find it online anymore, but I'm wondering if anyone of you has heard it before and knows if it's actually legit. It started with the female voicesample at the original speed and then got rough. It sounded way more chaotic than the released track but it did sound kinda legit and awesome, not amateurish at all.
