100 % agreed , i thought exactly the same - that low melody should rise more into the track - dunno, maybe the album version will be longer and it´s more integrated ? Else it´s a great track .... Googleplay, iTunes etc seem to have the same duration with YouTube 3:20, so 99% sure will be the exact same.

My girl Erin actually loves the track cuz it reminded her of AONO style and that is her favorite Prodigy album.
Light Up The Sky is like a mash up of AONO and FOTL styles. I have no idea why you compare it to FOTL & AONO. The closest thing to sound like AONO is Spitfire, but it definitly and still has the sound of IMD & TDIME. For me it reminds me most of the track TDIME + Thunder with Jilted samples. FOTL, not at all... Def no FOTL in there. Agree! Def No!

I quite like this track. Arrangement takes some getting used to but it's definently a good song.

And still don't get why the new album is meant to be a real band album. It's the second track of the album withozt Keith and Maxim. For me 2 words won't make a track a Maxim-track. Anyway I love the track. But it's not a new thing, I love it since the first snippet. Yeah cause Maxim is definitely not talking about "Ten Thousand Degrees" in the song /s. as for my opinion: I fucking love it. Need Some1 still sucks after the umpteenth listen, 3rd listen of LUTS and it already fucking rules.

Maxim was also rapping about "a thousand degrees" in Heat Wave. Reused little snippet but it fits in really well. https://youtu.be/CSNDGt7zru0

I have to say i fucking love the 0:16 to 0:32 part. That tune is stuck on my head.
Wish that line got repeated more in the track, but the more i listen the better this track gets:D
Should just put need some1 on b-sides and start the album with this track but the 2:08 part at the start, would be a perfect album opener imo. Especially with the album cover. Start slow and just hit your face.

I waited a couple of days to let it suck in a bit and didn't want to post my opinion when it first came out because the 'fresh factor' always plays a role in your judgement.
I give it 7.5 or 8 out of 10. I love that part right after the intro and those Spitfire like riffs. The mixing and production is ear candy and perfect, definitely the best since fat of the land. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the strange arrangement of the track... I still haven't got used to it, unusual trick by LH but it seems to work.

I'm guessing it's new but it reminds me so much of a beat on their old website. I'm trying to find it.

The beat strangely sounds familiar to Get up Get Off.

In general I like the track. What I don't like is the main sample of that norwish band which repeat over and over. As I already said I love the Their Law synth and the the vibe given while Maxim shouts "10thousands degrees" and "Radiate!". This is a track which is growing on me more and more. It's just too messy in its structure and repetitive in the main sample, 4 the rest, it's great.
