So it could be referring to a possible album's release date then.

I still don't understand why they are not releasing 7" or 12" of these tracks, limited quantities would sell for sure, the vinyl market in limited amounts has a loyal audience.
A strictly digital single for me it's not a single imo, I fondly remember going to record shops looking for the Breathe and SMBU singles the very day they came out...

I'd rather have a few LUTS remixes first. Ho99o9 implied something coming close to Halloween (unless they're releasing something themselves then).

Have got no issues with shorter tracks here, have always preferred most on an album to be around 3-4mins anyway, with maybe a couple that are 5-6 mins. I've waited for over a decade for Tool to release a new album but it's been said so far that tracks are all at least 10 mins long. Some of it will probably sound amazing but I doubt I'm gonna be as into it without thinking that some of it could've been shortened down. That's going to the other extreme though obviously.

Better 30 minutes album once a 3 years than 60 minut once a 6 years. Long waiting is heavy. It's good idea more singles before album release. It's about shorter waiting for new songs.

Yeah i agree. Id rather have shorter albums every 2-3 years than waiting 5+. He can put b-sides on singles if he wants.
Some of the tracks on tdime really felt more b-sides. Like get your fight on.
Medicine is awesome the more i listen tho.

What are the chances of this song being better than LUTS?

I say album version will be longer, despite that on all digital stores is the same time as singles thats because they didnt get oficiall tracklist and tracktimes so they updated the one from single release. Thats my opinion.
