Haven't had this feeling with a new prodigy track for nearly 20 years! Incredible! Cannot wait for the rest of the album, let's hope this vibe inspires Liam to keep writing new tracks, then we can find out what the next line in his poem is We Are the Ruffest We Eat Rhythm We Do What the Fuck We Want We Are The Prodigy We Live Forever!

I get the feeling this is the sort of tune Liam can write in his sleep, and we would lap it up. He just doesn’t want to.
I love the sentiment in the lyric too, as typically simple as it is. The Prodigy must live forever.

Not saying it's the best Prodigy track ever, but it's definitely up there, but the released singles are a very mixed bag. Sorry, but comments like these seem to be influenced too much by rave nostalgia. I can think of at least 10 singles and many more non-singles since 1992 that are better. I'm happy that people are enjoying the tune, but it's not the holy grail. Nothing new can beat the golden tunes from the 90s. This isn't to say we shouldn't enjoy the new tunes, but we shouldn't exaggerate either. I'm not exaggerating. If you weren't around for the early days, then you simply won't understand. Exactly. I kinda get the hype, but without nostalgia influencing my judgement, I can acknowledge that there are dozens of better tunes released between 1992 and 2018. IMHO, rave era The Prodigy is great, but post-rave The Prodigy is greater, though I can understand why fans from the early days might disagree.

Yeah i agree with some posters here, why they choose Needsome1 over this as their first single is quite weird. Maybe he didnt have it finished during that time?
Imagine if he had released this one first with a "Rave Heroes" kind of music video for it. Would have hyped the album even more to me tbh.

I personally think this was a good choice, to release the tracks in this order. NS1 is a decent B-side, nothing more. LUTS is a good track, fits nice in what i was expecting from them. FFWF is meeh, i like soms parts of it, but it's the weakest track since Ibiza. Was a bit excited for the album, but had not much hope for the rest of the album, except for Resonate, which i've heard live..
Then WLF comes along, and i wet my pants. Wicked epic track! 10 out of 10, spot on!! Now my excitement is as high as in the 90's! Can't wait to hear the rest.
If the release order was different, i personally would have been dissapointed in NS1 and LUTS.

Epic track, very old skool. I like it, but so far the album doesn't seem to be what I was expecting, though (except LUTS).

Yeah Geil wrote: Absolute banger! This is the perfect synthesis of all that is and has been good about the Prodigy It has the early 90s rave vocal sample, the techno-like synths, Maxim's vocals, the Take me to the hospital/Get your fight on bass line (but less obvious than in Get your fight on, thank god)... perfect I am gonna go nuts when this plays in Brussels! It's not Maxim on vocals, it's Olly Burden. Everyone here needs to be aware of how involved with the band that guy is now,... more than Keith or Maxim at this point. "oh but he's not credited", well yeah he is as "the prodigy". he's the 4th member and has contributed more than any of you realise.

Massive. Liam delivered. Fantastic track. Ludicrous new album hype is finally substantiated. sado1 wrote: WLF is just EITP/Wind it Up/you name it... for modern era. Precisely this. I see it as a standalone track. Finally there's a quality song from the current era with a strong identity which illustrates what The Prodigy are all about without any shortcomings.

If it's Olly Burden, then he does a pretty good impression of Maxim's voice... and Keith's backing vocals.

Credits have Keith and Maxim on vocals. No mention of Olly, he's credited on the previous 3 songs as guitarist.

Also, sounds nothing like Maxim.

the "We Live" .... "Forever" at 1.17m is Olly, Keith and Maxim.
