Wasn't it confirmed by someone who had the tape or 12" that "Minefields (Headrock Beats)" track was exactly the same as the "Mindfields (Headrock Dub)" track off the "Smack My Bitch Up" EP?
That being the case, the only track off "Minefields" I've never heard is the 4:03 "Minefields (Radio Edit)".

About the Minefields tape, thought I'd share some info:
I know someone who has a copy of the tape. That person I know got his copy from a trusted source many many years ago. Before all that circulation of fake Russian copies on eBay.
He checked with people close to the band and they verified that there were promo tapes of the band at that era using these CHROME SUPER II tapes.
His cover doesn't look like a photocopy, but like a 20 yr old cover.
I got a copy of the whole tape and all tracks are there with the correct runtime as shown on the cover, same volume, same gaps between each track etc etc. (Please don't ask me, I can't share)
And now, after all these years there's the new eBay listing.
1) Seller looks like someone selling many promos from various bands, so not someone looking to make some easy money from just one item. Most likely he was in the music industry. 2) His copy is identical to my friend one's, I checked even the scans of each tape closely and they have the same marks in the same places (black dots), so there isn't any chance the new tape was somehow a "copy" of that tape. 3) He didn't know the value of the tape, so that's why he posted a starting price of 50, instead of a Buy It Now of 1.000 for example
So it's either that: a) both tapes are fake and produced back in 1996 and somehow seen the light of the day OR b) both are legit.
My personal opinion is that the tape is genuine but there are no hard evidence, just assumptions!

June as you've got a copy of the tape, can you confirm that "Minefields (Headrock Beats)" is exactly the same track as "Mindfields (Headrock Dub)" off the "Smack My Bitch Up" EP?

As I've always assumed that both mixes are the same track, I think they just recycled that mix for the SMBU single. I have an edit of Mindfields which lasts 3:08 and sounds very professional, they guy who shared it with me thought it was genuine, if you want I can send it to you and check.

Yes, it's the same track in general. On top is the cassette rip, bottom the Mindfields (Headrock Dub) from the SMBU single. There is a small difference, cd version is 5 seconds longer (most likely a loop here and there). Without the start and end of the track (with no audio) CD is 4.32, cassette tape is 4.26.
