Can't help you I'm afraid, but I must say that the sound quality of videos on YouTube isn't great, so your recordings won't be either.

ok I can give you 2 suggestions:
1) you can download vdownloader:
h**p://www.download.bg/index.php?cls=program&mtd=download&id=410907
it's a program which allows you to download videos from youtube in AVI or MPEG format. After that you can turn it into whatever you want
2) you just need nero wave editor (for example) and switch your soundcard to "recording" - "stereo mixer" so you can record any sound coming from your soundcard (anything you hear) and save it in any audio format you want
I hope that helps

I'm just starting to use that program, and I'm not doing quite well. Could you turn this video into an mp3 format for me? Thanks.

Download the .FLV file from YouTube, and do not nessesarily reencode it into AVI or MPEG.
Instead, open it with "FLV extract" http://www.moitah.net/#FLVExtract and it will extract the audio directly, without loosing even more quailty by reencoding the file.
