<  PRODIGY NEWS  ~  New beats ?

The release which was due for 2019 seemed to be finished in 2018 (going off what Liam said to Scoobius Pip at the end of his interview).

I get the impression the plan for 2020 was to release something completely new (i.e. not the release originally planned for 2019). COVID-19 put the brakes on a return.

I can't imagine any artist will be touring indoor venues in the UK until the last quarter of 2021 at the earliest.

The 2019 release (assuming it was all reworks and remixes) would seem to be a good fit to release at the same time as the documentary (unless that isn't coming out this year).

I wonder if this is an "official" remix? Obviously Jim Pavloff did his official remix of 'Need Some1" so it's very possible Liam provided stems for 'Poison' to Jim. What makes me wonder is the big sample from the 'Predator' soundtrack. If clearance to use the sample was obtained (which is far from a given), it wouldn't come cheap.

I did contemplate thinking that although if they are uploading to youtube and nowhere else, you don't normally pay out sample clearance for a release like this, same as soundcloud.

I assume he probably asked for permission to put the mix up judging by
