Ive got a friend going to London soon and wanted to hit him up to bring me back some Prodigy merchandise - like t-shirts for instance.
Is there any physical store front that you can find these at in London by chance? Or would i be needing to order online and have it shipped?

T-shirts, etc are sold via the official Prodigy store website or at the merchandise stand at their gigs. Years ago you used to be able to buy Prodigy T-shirts in HMV music shops but they don't have any on their online shop so any in physical shops is unlikely.

I had a quick look online and a lot of the T-shirts which came up weren't official merchandise. If you want the real deal, your best bet is the official store: -
