The final version is so lazy, exact same beats they ripped from TMTTH Rockweiler was similar, sounded really good but then changed for the album and wasn't as good.

Yeah, come to think of it Rockweiler beta was the best one. And the live version of Colours was way better too, Imo

Went to brum last night always good when your a prodigy fan still get to keep going i knew the set list from other gigs so knew what i was in for,
Why have they ruined smack my bitch up
taking out the vocals just feels disjointed and its normally the killer and peak of the set for me just fell short
hopefully they bring it back in its proper form

Pain element dropped and replaced with... well see if you can recognise it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWN1NCx ... =JFenton21https://youtu.be/On4j10B6-SA?si=jEjomNaP4waqgKEAThis is actually pretty good. A fresh new idea! Pain version only have impact in first 30 seconds or so, imo the best version would be one which use Pain intro and then Knight Rider through the rest of the track. Now, they don't use "get down" part, but they still ruin the vocals in the same way. But even worse than that is the fact that the song is now censored. I can't believe The Prodigy destroyed their best song ever and strongest live smasher. Awfull awfull awfull! Are Prodigy becoming woke? WTF!

Hearing smack my bitch up now is a confusing mess and the whole 'get down' part.. I saw them in cardiff and normally this part of the song would have the whole crowd getting down.... as sad as it is, this change has probably confused the crowd and is getting a way less strong response

To me The whole "get down to The fucking ground!" Started to feel too repetetive and old. This gimick had its effect in The first couple of gigs . After that IT should have been discarded or changed into something else. The censoring of The Smack's lyrics IS a totally another thing. IS this woke phenomenon really that strong today that IT overpowers all The heavy resistance The track encountered Back in The late 1990's?! This IS disgrace! The Prodigy should never-ever start to censor their own art and music. Period. Really gutted right now. It sounded so weird to me controversial but why not drop it I’d rather another tune like spitfire or any old tune than the new mess surly they know it’s a mess

I'm sick of this woke thing, the americans are exporting their madness to Europe and we have embraced all this nonsense...

I don't understand why the change to Smack now - they resisted plenty of pressure around the time of release (including the Beastie Boys no less) - today you hardly hear a peep of complaint, although sometimes a press review might refer to the 'controversial' lyric - I wonder whose decision this ultimately was and what prompted it.
