I can't wait for the Wii. I'm so bored with video games, I need something new. Plus, it'll be nice to play all my classic nes and snes games again.

What is a gamcube selling for? It should be the same price as one since it is a gmecube with a slightly overclocked graphics card that allows bloom lighting. that honestly is pretty much all they changed for the console itself. If it comes out at a higher price then the gamecube I will feel slightly rupped offf whcih I can know is going to happen.

I think the Wii will be the first console I buy again since I sold my Playstation 1 and the Nintendo 64, cos of the revolution concerning game control. I know, it will not have the best processors, but for me that is not the most neccessary aspect in a game. Like Shigeru Myamoto said in a very old interview: "The fun of a game depends not of the graphics".

He is right, it depends of the entertainment. Why tetris was such a big success or why a lot of PC-Gamers worldwide prefer it to play Countersrike 1.6 instead of Counterstrike-Source??

And I know the Wii will have enough graphics-power to play 2 year old but very good lookin PC-Games. Only thing I dislike is, that it will not support HD.

I will buy the Wii, cos of a new Zelda and FarCry - one of the best games ever and these with the new controller will give you a new experience in playin´ games. And I hope for a good sequel for Super Mario Kart [SNES] - all the old versions I didn´t liked as much as the Super Nintendo version.

Good News - The chance that the Wii-Farcry will not be a 1:1 conversion of the good old pc-game I think, cos they rename the project to Farcry-Vengeance..

Lookin at that video the Wii's gfx power doesn't look that impressive. Looks more like what the Gamecube should have had to compete with the PS2 and Xbox.
