it's getting crazy over in New York. i live on Long Island, about 1-2 hours east of NYC. tornadoes are a rare thing here. throughout history we had about several F0 to F1s in NYC/Long Island aread, nothing too bad. this was over the span of years and years. just last month we had another F0 out hear on the island and just the other day we broke our record and an F2 finally, which moved through Brooklyn. crazy shit.
Day After Tomorrow anyone?

i can't remember the f class on this but i can tell you before it even got here you could see it from very far away. the bow shaped supercell and nothing but intense blackness behind it.. the size of the storm was so massive you couldn't see a beginning or end to it no matter how far north or south you looked

That's no tornado... that's some Day After Tomorrow shit right there! Damn you took these pics? You were that close? Fuck that would be scary as shit. That's one good thing about Toronto, we have no major storms what-so-ever really. No hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods, droughts, etc. It gets cold in the winter, but when I see shit like that I say bring on the snow!

My relative took these, I wasn't able to get a camera in time but really yea I was that close they only live a mile from me. The storm was bigger than my entire city, it was so massive it spanned 4 counties alone! It was intense though for sure!
