I think that's even *more* reason to play them. Just b/c the album wasn't a huge success like FOTL, doesn't mean he should abandon it. If you were at a festival and only knew Prodigy from the FOTL period, wouldn't you be more inclined to go check out what they've been up to if you heard some "new" tracks you didn't know such as Spitfire, Girls, Wake Up Call, etc.?

Well, I think you are right if they are doing their own tour, like the AONO tour, back in autumn 2004. I suppose Liam wants to reach the more people the better in a festival, and he has to play the 'hits', just to gain more followers/fans. Massive songs such as Voodoo People or Poison will be better accepted by the crowd compared to Girls or Hotride. That's what I guess he thinks. Of course, as a big fan I am, I'd love to see Wake Up Call or Girls instead of SMBU or Firestarter. However, he still can drop a pair of songs off the setlist from show to show (Wake the Fuck Up, Warning, even Out of Space, etc) and bring some oldies or AONO songs in. It's just move a pair of songs from show to show, as he has everything in his laptop.

But at the end of the day, Prodge can't make a festival a gig (or even a regular gig) without playing Firestarter, Breathe, Their Law, etc. Or it depends on how risk Liam wants to run, and if he still wants to 'corrupt' the mainstream with his music, he can't take lots of risks.

they may not play so much aono because it didnt sit too well with people. it was a split feeling album. for the first time in prodigy history the internet is massive and fans are able to openly react across the world. the general feeling was quite split. though it would be a shock liam would not play those tracks because of fans...

LOL. You are loosing your mind. Its probably about the fact that the album is coming together in a sense that all the pieces are falling in place.

The Prodigy - Coming Together

I dunno, sounds kinda gay if u ask me, lol.

That's so lame and cliche now IMO. Like doing an album with just a black cover or something like Metallica or Jay-Z. It's so passe. I like having albums with cool covers like AONO and FOTL. It requires some personality and creativity.

I know it's lame but it's the best reason I can think of why we don't
know the name already...

I mean AONO was spoken of years before its release...
According to Liam the album will be out in March next year and we don't even know
the name of it ... I fucking hate it when we don't hear any official news damnit !

Liam should really fucking update the site now and then...
I don't care what the subject is about just update it....

Liam's not the kinda person who would release an album with no name. No way. Anyway, you're right, really exasperating that we can't hear any official news.
