Pretty phat. Needs to be a little phatter tempo (about 120bpm), more phat bass, and more phat!

don't you mean it's Pretty good. Needs to be a little faster in tempo (about 120bpm), deeper bass, and more of it jetsonik?

maybe more evil basses twisting?

Drums are sounding very New Romantic/early techno, actually, the whole thing is! Although the bass reminds me of night rider.
I love the mid tone at about 1:29.
I think the drums need to be a bit more crunchy.
Also, you don't have many treble tones, maybe a nice little melody over the top would be nice with a saw-like synth.
