Hatton and the sportmanshipless fans of his got shut the fuck up and sent packin back home to England with a KNOCK OUT!

im getting an excellance award from work . i was nominated out of over 3000 staff and only another staff member is getting one . Bet I dont get a pay rise though
 . At least it will look good on my CV  .

I work in a rehab centre . Used to work with old biddies . I now manage a rehab centre for the council/ primary care trust.

Three years ago I was doing substance abuse but as from jan of this year I have been doing physical rehab after surgery , amputations .ETc . I found the former one difficult as I could not always practice what I preached
