say u had a blu ray and a hd dvd player and a porno came out which u really wanted to buy on dvd, hd dvd, blu ray, what one would u buy, id buy the normal dvd, only massive movies such as 300 etc would i want to spend more money on to have a higher quality, the porn thing will never work out like that until everyone has hd tv's and one of the players, there both discs, the quality is exatcly the same. i think they will be cutting around as rivals for as long as xbox and playstation.
why do we have ps3's and 360's when there both the same graphics, answer that question and ull have your answer to why there's hd and blu ray. its not about quality no more because there the same, its about how confident you are with the two formats

...and even if it wasnt, who the hell buys porn these days? Which also leads to another point: For how many more years do you think the world will need a physical format for data storage? The "format war" may be irrelevant.

I'm pretty sure Porn is one of the USAs biggest industries (behind Arms and Hollywood movies).
Haven't these people buying porn DVDs heard of the internet?
