my sleep apnea is fucking my sleeping pateren up again, woke up at 11 pm today and its half 4 in the morning and i feel hyper :(

trying my best to get back into a routine, thanks fuck i aint working tomorow, else i'd be fucked

Jesus Fucking Christ. I nearly wrapped my car round a tree this morning. Reason? The front left fucking suspension spring snapped at 40mph. Luckily there was nothing following closely behind me as I virtually went sideways. I fucking shat my pants I'll tell ya. Thank god I've got breakdown cover!

I really don't need this now, as the garage can't fix it til Thursday, and guess what, I need the car tomorrow. Bugger it. Hope it's just the spring itself, it's making a lovely crunching noise when I try to steer it.

I've got a Ford Fiesta. Apparently this sort of thing 'happens a lot' with my model of car or so the garage blokey told me. It's in the garage now, I just got the breakdown guy to take it down there tonight. Hopefully it'll be cheap to fix.
