Well obviously, the Star Destroyer would win, having a keel length of approximately 17,484 metres, against the Enterprise's more modest 642m, and with a mass of eleventy two billion metric tonnes against the Federation's finest at only 5.2 million tonnes. Factor into that the 1,500 turbolasers, and approximately 1,200 other various weapons emplacements comprising of mine launchers and laser tracking systems versus the 1701D's eight phaser banks and twin (2 pairs of 6 salvo) photon torpedo launchers and you'll see that the Enterprise is outclassed in every way.
Also remember that if it came to boarding parties the Destroyer would also easily outnumber the Galaxy-class flagship with a Stormtrooper complement of over 15,000, against the Federation standard of four crew members, those comprising a commanding officer, a science officer and two security 'redshirts' who invariably would die first.
