Simple. The movie is set in 1957, nineteen years since 'Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade'.

You dont get my point mate, i know when action take place, my point here is that 19years ago indy drinks holy grail which gave him immortality, so indy should looks exactly like in previous movie, but he looks like 19 years older.Immortalls dont become old.

I get your point. The one remaining guard was kept alive by the power of the Grail. Now since Indy drank from the cup only once one must assume that you would need to drink from it on a regular basis to really prolong your life. The one remaining guard of the Holy Grail was if you remember a very old and fragile man wich he of course wasn't hundreds of years ago when he got the job.

Spielberg Heartbroken to Finish Indy IV
February 12, 2008
It took so long to finally mount the fourth Indiana Jones Film, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, that now director Steven Spielberg laments its completion. After accepting a lifetime achievement award from the Visual Effects Society, Spielberg reflected on his latest production.
"It was awful the last day of shooting because I didn't want it to end," said Spielberg. "Harrison didn't want it to end, Karen, none of us wanted it to end. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had."

Sounds very promising!

Of alien origin perhaps?
The final poster design! Indy could perhaps smile a bit but other than that the poster looks good and is well in line with the previous ones.
