Didn't bother getting the fourth album (can't even remember what it's called - come with us???? :?: ), seemed like they forgot how to write beats halfway through Surrender and went all 4-to-the-floor! There are bits of Push The Button i actually like (believe, galvanise) but WATN is utter poop. I mean The Salmon Dance???? It's a long way from Song To The Siren & Elektrobank. :x

Dig Your Own Hole.

But I also LOVED We Are The Night !

Some tracks have really grown on me.

For example I listen to A Modern Midnight Conversation more then once when I'm in the train, it's a really good track, man.

I agree with Cogglesz the old stuff is hard as fuck but i can still appreciate the newer material.

I voted Exit Planet Dust now but on another day i might have pick DYOH.

Saturate off the last record is a great tune, nice to hear some breakbeats again from them :-D

Very strange.

Dig Your Own Hole,

Prob one of the most important 'dance' artist albums ever made alongside, Leftism, The Brown Album and MFTGJ.

I remember back in 96 being invited to an exclusive playback of DYOH (i still have the invite!) and being totally fucking blown away by the production, the concept and the beats. Also back in 96 they were on fire live, just listening to live sets from that era and remembering seeing them countless times live is pretty unbeatable apart from the Prodge.

Fully agreed. :iagree:
