that's gotta be a skin.

I never seen that pedestrian in-game.

of course its a skin :lol: its easy to mod the gta games in the pc


i had hookers and fuel and drunkness and real life cars including the 2 fast 2 furious skyline in vice city, then i deleted it because my pc couldn't take it no more so it was great at the time :lol:
