- Coffee (4 times. One with sugar, one black, one with milk and one with milk and sugar)
- 2 glasses of Water
- ½Litre of Coca Cola
- A piece of pie (on a friend's birthday)
- Pieces of cheese and sausage
- Pasta with some spiced meat
- Slice of bread fresh out of the oven, twice. One with chicken.
- Glass of multivitamin stuff
- A sour candy (I cried of how sour it was: it was some kind of bright green ball.)
- Small piece of milk chocolate

I pissed twice today and had a shit as well.

I ate nothing but crap today. Well, nearly. Was out driving all day so it was strictly convenience food the whole way.

Breakfast was a bowl of Shreddies & milk.
Bout 10:30am I had a Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal with orange juice.
For lunch had a Burger King XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger with additional lettuce, mayo, and BBQ sauce with fries and a Coke.
In the afternoon, I had 2 yoghurts (one strawberry and one cherry), an apple, a couple of fun size Mars bars and a 500ml bottle of water.
When I got home, had a sausage roll with a cup of coffee.
At 8pm drank an entire 700ml bottle of WKD Blue (fruit flavoured vodka mix drink) and a bag of salt and vinegar crisps whilst watching telly.
Had another sausage roll with a glass of milk about midnight.
And probably half a dozen pieces of mint chewing gum during the day at work.

Peewise, probably went about 4 times, and had a dump first thing too.

Cooked spag bol for my wife&motherinlaw&sisterinlaw this evening and then drank a crap load of bourbon! Am now drinking orange juice and eating a triple pack sandwich - that's not really healthy at all is it?

hum half a bowl of oatmeal 2 pots of coffee so basically 24 cups of coffee

Yesterday I ate/drank:

- two sliced of bread with chicken stuff

- 8 glasses of beer
- bottle of beer (0,33cl)
- two glasses of martini (on the rocks)
- bottle of energydrink
- salade with cheese and honey dressing (GREAT )
- rice with sateh and chicken
- french fries with sateh sause

Pissed three times, didn't take a shit.

Todays:

2 vodka and Cokes, and a pint of Stella (technically it was today, after midnight last night)
1 litre of Peach and Raspberry water
A bowl of Shreddies and milk
A cheese and bacon pasta bake
1 bottle of Bulmers Pear cider

Peed once this morning after waking up.. it was like Niagara Falls.
