i know theres a topic already open for this game, but lets see if it was what everyone wanted



For Me, it was everything i wanted and even more due to multiplayer and extras in the game such as darts and bowling.

It was Ok to me, I disliked most of the soundtrack, overall it was more of the same but now with better graphics.
still im not a huge GTA fan, the only ones I liked where the 1st one and VC
still i dont know why they call it 4th when its actually the 6th one <_<

because LC, VC and SA were only chapters. The engine stayed mostly the same in those games.

yeah GTA III and VC and SA were all related to one another, like u met characters from VC in GTA III and SA, just different time zones.


now that its GTA IV theres gonna be a brand new cast and brand new city's.


im pretty sure its gonna be VC SA again but next gen, it doesn't bother me cuz the city's are totally transformed because GTA IV is the new era, like the 4th universe, we've done the 3rd universe, on to the new

*I've Not Played GTA IV, Although It Looks Great*

I hardly can wait to try it, but the problems are:
- I'm busy with school
- I don't have a PS3 or a X360 (I'm not interested in X Boxes though)


I was supposed to buy the game together with one of my friends, who's got a PS3 (the only guy I know who's got one), but I haven't seen him for a while now (actually since his sister isn't my girlfriend anymore, hence the J'AIME MIEUX TA SOEUR )


two of my friends also have a X360, but I would have prefered trying it on PS3 (I wanna own that game), and it's also hard for me to spend much time with them as I'm busy with school


for the PS3 I will wait YEARS before buying one, though, as I'm not gonna flush my money right now for a console I won't use too much, price needs to go way down

i said its an awesome game but its not as good as it could have been or something like that....i just wish it had an online choas mode where you try to get the rating maxed out and see how long you last with 16 people

you can do that in free roam mate just turn the police on lol...

For me it was better than I expected. Because in all honesty, before the videos and details started spilling out I wasn't even gonig to buy it. Never been much of a GTA fan.... I am now though :D.

Wow... I just picked up the game and I've played all evening. I haven't been this connected to a game since I was a little kid. Everything about this game is fantastic, and this is coming from a guy who didn't even like GTA 3 or its many spinoffs.

Why aren't there more games like this? It kind've makes me depressed about the state of the gaming industry.

It's like..... Look at all the fucking content in here. Makes me sick that the majority of my other games cost the same amount of money. It's only fair GTA sells by the bucket loads. The team that made it deserve it!
