I'm def gonna go to scotland again. But next time, I won't take the whole 1300 kilometres ride
I'm either staying on Islay for a couple of days, or in Dufftown for a couple of days.
Oban was a nice place also, but to few distilleries...

Ok. When we drove from Kennacraig, we took the road beneath Glasgow and ended up looking for a B&B in Strathaven I think it was...ended up far out in the countryside in a place called Boghead I think...After talking to some really funny guys in a golf club in Strathaven.
Old lady running a B&B there. She had two beds in one room, and we were 4 guys. Ended up with one on the floor and one in the car
Good breakfast though

What cheered me up a couple of weeks ago actually (just got my internet working again after moving) is that I got myself a bigass 40" Sony Bravia lcd tv, along with my Sony dvd / hdd recorder with hdmi out (with upscaling to 1080p). This all hooked up to my brand new Harman / Kardon home cinema set with JBL speakers (5.1). Also got my new bed yesterday, nice and big to suit my new nice and big house ontop of a dune in Egmond aan zee (yes it`s a 5 minute walk to the beach!) wich has a spectacular view on the dunes here.
Now if I could just get a few days off from work to enjoy it all, it would be perfect...
