just shoot with 3 different EV using tripod, then edit with CS3 or photomatix

If I remember correctly it was a cafe. There are lots of cafes/restaurants and a couple hotels along the river and it really is quite nice. I love going down to the River Walk whenever I'm in San Antonio, it's my hometown after all :-D
