I made a 'homage' to it a few months back. It's not perfect, but it's pretty damn close:

It's not a font as such, I just drew it using Photoshop. My image above is all that exists as far as I know, outside of official channels.

But I assume there is an actual real font somewhere out there. No one's found it yet though.
