How about vinyl? You can design it then take it to a print shop on a CD and they should be able to do you a decent size sticker (about 2ftx1ft) for something like £50. Or get some vinyl and cut it out yourself?

20 pounds for a t-shirt!!!? Thats just above the norwegian tax limit.. Before i wear the shirt, ive payed like 40 pounds or something...
And the Black and pink "Hospital" shirt is so cool too... awww this sucks..
