I thought it was a lot of fun for a few days. But then I started to get depressed, because I can't do anything with my creatures! I refused to touch it again.

I definitely don't want to get bored of my creatures even before the actual game comes out. When I get Spore, though, you bet my Purple Penisauras will be planet-hopping and embarrassing all who come in contact with it.

lol i saw that over on GAF, knew about it before i bought the game, no chance it was going to stop me buying, chances are they'll jsut patch it to remove this shitty DRM and make it like Red Alert 3 where uninstalling an install gives you an install back, if that makes sense, lol
