Looking at the swans and hearing the birds singing? Why are we quoting the Little Lord Faulteroy remix of Come To Daddy?

Anyway, as for Keith's vocals. Well, I think the first time they did Breathe live, when Keith sang, "Come play my game", it sounded, well, bloody awful.

I think he has improved since the 90's.
However, one of his best performances I can think of has to be Brixton 1997. He's so much better than Phoenix 1996 for example, and the two gigs are a year and a half apart

Sure! When I first heard Firestarter live (Bucharest 95 was the first one I've ever heard), I could not believe it's him. I mean, it's him having such a...... can't even decide what kinda voice. That was just horrible at all.
However, I like his voice since 97. For instance, serial thrilla on their law dvd. Excellent.
Nowadays, his voice is kinda good, I like that he "learned" how to scream, and I love when he's going in firestarter like:
Burn em down (a couple of times) and then burn them... DOOOOOOOOOOWN, DOOOOOOOWN :-D Excellent.

ah.... don't even say :-D The "terrible's most terrible" :-D or something like that.
But hey, lissa to firestarter on theri law dvd. He screams/sings pretty well at the end, saying "trouble trouble trouble starter starter starter" over and over again.
Or Trigger at Seat Beack Rock 2002, when he's on "i'm gonna shoot u down and my head in the skies, trigger, trigger, trigger, trigger..." That's just kinda cool :)

Without him, the prodigy would be not so big as they are now. He provides great energy at the live performances, and even provides energy in the studio made songs. Correct me if I readed the wrong books but It was keef that talked to Liam to add he's lyrics and that was the reason of succsess in '96

ahh It's always Liam this, Liam that. Expierience and Music for the jg was more Liam. But It's not the same deal with Fat of the land It had a bit more to do as a "band" and it had a shit load of input from keith and maxim (not just the lyrics and shit) Yeah I know Liam is the brain. Hope he will let Maxim and Keith have more to do with the way a track sounds for the new album.

And as for Prodigy live well there woulndt be one if it wasnt for keef and maxim to do what they does best

damn ...

WTF

is this...

Keith's voice has improved since he first did firestarter !!! A LOT !

Don't see him as Celine Dion, Bryan Adams or w/e singer.... He improved his talent to focking Punk the shit out of people !!!
he's a true Punk, his voice is teasing, crowd disrupting and overall: R 4 W ! ! !

compare Firestarter 95 with Firestarter 05
10 years differ between the gigs, but at least he knows how to sing it now !
compare Warning with Serial Thrilla.... Warning suits his voice.... Serial thrilla is just Punk (tho I like the punkyness in his voice)

I really like Keith's voice... it's whats prodigy stands for in my opinion: Electronic PUNK!

ps. still hate Liam still fokking samples in Breathe: come play my game......

So you definetly must hate Experience then, which is pure rave. Definetly not punk. Or is it all the same shit?

Look at the clownsuits at that era for fuck's sake.

no mr Poo :P Love experience, but it's since FOTL Keith got a nice role and it;s more a band, and Keith gives that Punk feeling more then Leeroy or Maxim does =)

So it's taking out of the ravescene (were they really apart of the ravescene?) into the masses with stadiums full of rocking and dancing people on electronic punk: perfect combo.

Wrote it on the old forum many times before: Keith from dancer to punker :P
Simple fact for me :P
