it begins with a L and is a womens name but in some "Rarest" cases its a guys name too

Ly****y 'Some rarest' is not possible. What you're saying is: there are different rarest cases. This means they aren't really rare because you said it yourself: there are multiple of them. It's hard to explain, but you are definetly wrong again.
It's either:
'in the rarest case'
or
'in some rare cases'
...and not written with a capitol.
By the way: Lyndsay or Lyndsey.
I's go for the first, because the one with the a is a variant on the one with the e, which was female. The one with the a was later used as a male name, hence... Lindsay.
