hey guys, i know most of u know, but some of you don't know, basicly this thread is for the people who are mixed up with the new tunes, i'll keep things simple:

Please Note: if any youtube video's do not work, please click on their links underneath the video to view them on youtube rather than brainkiller.

Mescaline: Mescaline was formerly Unstoppable at the first gigs of 2008, it featured Maxim on vocals and contained a guitar sample bridge and some reggae samples aswell, along with the molotov sample, these samples have either been replaced or are in another song

http://youtube.com/watch?v=-C5AdDFRX8w

Warriors Dance: Has pretty much stayed the same as it was the first time it was heard by the fans because of this it is easy to know what it is, it is a 90's rave genre of tune, but has been pumped up with some prodigy attitude

http://youtube.com/watch?v=xX6PV7AHnbc&feature=related

Beat 55: It Is more like a filler track rather than a full blown track as it only features around 5 sounds including samples, it has been mistaken for mescaline, especially on youtube, but this track doesn't feature keith or the samples of mescaline, it does however contain the molotov sample from unstoppable, so confusion could have arrived from there, it is also known as Xylophone 55 but it doesn't contain any xylophone, it actually contains a Glock

http://youtube.com/watch?v=PQOth2gLtk4

Worlds On Fire: Like Warriors Dance, this track has pretty much stayed the same way as it has, meaning it is easy to know what the track is, it contains a large number of samples ranging from old rave stab sounds to rock band vocal samples, it also features a voice constantly saying Worlds On Fire so it is the easiest amongst all to know what this track it.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=xrxnnlmVRGU&feature=related

Stab: Stab contains an arabic sample, which does point it out from the rest, before we actually heard the track there was confusion as to it being a remake of heatwave hurricane, from what we've heard we know it is not heatwave hurricane, it was played first in japan and is among the newer tracks of this year.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=onDyN8GCEio

Run With The Wolves (Comfirmed By NME): This is the newest track of all the new songs and is the last track the prodigy produced for their new album, it is a fast punkish tune featuring keith on vocals and guitars and bass guitar, we don't know about synthesizers yet because the only ones we heard where the live keyboards which liam also plays to in spitfire and warriors dance among others, there was huge confusion over the name but liam confirmed it in a post about the new album, its genre is around the same lines as first warning and wake the fuck up, it also features drum rolls and drum beats from wake the fuck up.

Invaders Must Die, Featuring: Someone From Does It Offend you Yeah

Joking aside, Fuel My Fire used to be one of my favourite tracks when I first heard TFOTL, and I still rate it much higher than Climbatize for example.
Glad there would be at least one punky track on the new album :)

Fuel My Fire is the worst track on TFOTL hands down. It was when I first heard the album over 10 years ago, and it still is now. It's the same with Shoot Down being the worst track on AONO hands down. Having said this I do like the sound of Run and have high expectations of it. I like the beats and overall vibe...

I'm in a clear minority here - I like both Fuel my fire and Shoot down :)

Hotride is a shit song though.

completely agree about fuel my fire, however not so about shoot down, it's a lame song, but aono has a few other really piss poor tracks. funny though the theme of really out of place tracks on the end of albums.

every prodigy album has tracks tacked on to the end. experience has death of the prodigy dancers (live), i think that album should finish at weather experience (last 3 tracks are rubbish imo). mftgj has the narcotic suite on the end (which is really cool, skylined and 3 kilos are great tunes. but i usually listen to it as something seperate), and one love is crudely thrown in there as well. fotl has fuel my fire, a shameful way to end an album, when it could've finished with climbatize, and aono, has shoot down on the end which is really out of place.

i would be really pleased to see the new prodigy album end nicely :)
