I listened a bit to Radiohead (listened to In Rainbows and OK Computer, actually), see what it's like, and found one track I love: 15 Steps. but that was pretty about it

now I saw this thread, which tempted me to listen to some again, I found another track I love: Pyramid Song. but that's still it

wished I was hooked a bit more, seems like it's some very good music and you guys love it, but I just don't hook too much :?

good ideas but the musicality isn't always attractive to my hears, and I don't like the fact it's centered around one vocalist (which is common to too many bands). sounds too similar to my ears. I love Prodigy and Chemical Brothers and (now since not long ago) Massive Attack (for example), because we hear different voices, but I don't like hearing one voice all over one album, it annoys me after some time. that may be another reason why I don't hook

felt like leaving my comment, whatcha think?

thats good im proud of u for a start little by little youll recognise how godly they are..i know what u mean about the voices thing....its not that bad actually....download stuff form KID A you might like it most cos it is the weirdest album ever. weirdest change of direction ever they made music on cimputers and toy instruments and electronic music....i dont know what im saying...i love radiohead and im drunk.

:) Best news ever

Quote:
Radiohead plan to release a new album next year, Ed O'Brien has announced, dismissing rumours that the group would never record another LP. The guitarist said that Thom Yorke had been misquoted in reports earlier this year, and the band will "definitely" return with a 2010 album.

"We were misquoted," O'Brien told NME. "We will be making an album!"

In August, it was widely reported that In Rainbows would be the band's last album. "None of us want to go into that creative hoo-ha of a long-play record again," Yorke told The Believer magazine. However, the reports forgot to include the next bit, when Yorke added: "Not straight off."

"It worked with In Rainbows because we had a fixed idea about where we were going. But we've all said that we can't possibly dive into that again. It'll kill us," he said.

While Yorke is busy debuting his Flea-bitten new group, O'Brien insisted that the Radiohead fundamentals remain the same. "We love the artwork," he said. "That's really important, the physicality. We all like vinyl. That's not going to go away. I still like CDs as well. I got the Speech Debelle CD the other day. I nearly downloaded it from iTunes, but I thought, 'No, I want the physical thing.'"

While this summer saw the release of two new Radiohead songs, Harry Patch (In Memory of) and These Are My Twisted Words, the latter is not intended for a future album. "It's a kind of one-off," O'Brien said. "It could have been a darker side of In Rainbows – it's got that autumnal vibe, we're leaving the summer and going into the darkness."

The next album promises to be "typical Radiohead", he said. "We're going into the studio in winter. It's always miserable! Are we at the whim of the seasons? We are! When you're in a studio in the countryside, the music you make is definitely affected by what season it is."
