Was it an e-ticket or a normal ticket? Call the ticket company and explain the situation, probably you need to give the details like the order number and bank details to confirm it's really you and if you're lucky they can issue a new e-ticket. Don't know if it works like that in the UK but you can at least try.

this really sucks man. erm, i have 4 tickets and one of my mates is meant to be coming from manchester to see them tonight. if his train gets cancelled or something, you can buy his ticket off him as he aint gonna have much use for it. i'll post here by 5 if he's made it or not. for your sake, i'd keep on looking or hope my mate's train gets cancelled
