8.0 Presentation
A truly epic new Zelda complete with a compelling, darker storyline, enhanced controls, and brand new gameplay mechanics. Lack of voice acting and orchestrated music are unfortunate.
8.5 Graphics
An absolutely gorgeous GameCube game. An enormous, detailed world brought to life via beautiful art. But Wii is still capable of much more, as the adventure's sometimes-blurry textures prove.
8.0 Sound
Again, where's the orchestrated music? Come on, Nintendo. Everything else is great, from the moody sound effects to the atmospheric MIDI compositions.
9.5 Gameplay
Superb. The tried-and-true Zelda gameplay mechanics are taken to new heights with the Wii remote and nunchuk. Overworld and temple designs are stellar. Classic Zelda reborn for a new generation.
9.5 Lasting Appeal
It'll keep you busy for at least 50 hours and you could spend double that in Nintendo's new Hyrule. So much to do and see that you'll be busy for weeks, if not months.
9.5 Overall
Incredible - Source
VERY good news!! I'll be playing this tomorrow ... er ... tonight (its 12:11am) and I can't wait.

I got this today! Been playing for about 3 hours and I don't think I've even skimmed the surface of this game. This is the first game where I've taken out my glasses to make sure I get to see every little detail, lol.

Oh for fuck sakes I want a Wii on the 8th .
ZELDAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want this game too much I think. I can't afford it at the moment though! I was actually thinking of Breaking up with my girlfriend so I could use the money I was going to buy her presents with to buy Wii and Zelda hahahaha. Then reality hit me in the face and I was like; ehhhhhhhhhh...... Maybe not.
And yea StasZ that Master quest is exactly the same but every corridors/puzzles etc are simply mirrored. It Creates a totally different temple and a totally new challange. I loved it .
What do you guys think? Buy a Wii and not have a social Life till christmas???? Or just wait..... (please say it's good not to have a social life in the case of our holy Zelda...)

lawl, master quest sucks and that is a fact.
cmon, cows hanging around in the belly of a big fish?
ok can live with that, but hitting it with you slingshot, tht activate a trigger?!
cmon, thats just gay. master quest sucks because ppl love the dungeons of oot, and dont want to see stupid *cough difficulty cough* changes. now you also see why nintendo dont add like easy, normal or hard modes.
because at zelda thats just lame, we love zelda how it is, we want to play zelda oot 20 times, because it stays the same, but the person get better and better every time
Ive also heard that TP is again pretty easy, but when i heard it i thought YaY.
thanks god its not as easy as WW, but more oot style, fun, great sidequests and if you still get stuck lots to do.
for the ones who played TMC, then you see why a zelda game being to hard sucks. in TMC you sometimes just need to talk to someone, but if you skip (just press it away ) it, then you cant read it again, and stuck for good (thanks god for gamefaqs ).
pretty long post about difficulty in Zelda

Yea the cows were gay but the change in dungeoens added some more replay value to it. At least it did for me!.
Anyway YEA! Who the fuck wouldn't want to flail their imaginary sword about! How fucking fun is that? Damn straight. I saw this screen of a guy who strapped a real sword to his remote (sad bastard), but get's the point accross.
If you don't want your money then invest it in the People who need Wii trust fund. Set up by myself and a few miscelanious friends.
Wii trust in Wii (see what I did there?)

StasZ wrote: Did you know in Twilight Princess Link is left-handed in the Gamecube version and right-handed in the wii version ?
This is because of the wiimote, you have to use it with your right hand so they made link right-handed to make it feel more natural.
Not only that, but the whole Gamecube version is flipped horizontally!
But to address prior posts, the Wii remote works VERY well with Zelda. It does not feel like a tack-on, and I would not want to play it with a gamecube after using the wiimote. The difficulty is NOT easy, even if you were a whiz at Ocarina of Time. Some of the puzzles cause you to think way more than in Ocarina. The only part about the game that is easy is some of the boss battles. Again, Zelda pros will be the ones who find these battles "easy". Others may find them quite challenging.
I've put well over 30 hours into this game, and I still feel like I haven't really scratched the surface... such a huge, awesome game!
