I uploaded a few tracks and the upload speed was around 300kbps! I think it's because I'm using Chrome instead of Firefox since all it does eat my ram and crash.

firefox on the other hand is better but it uses more ram too.anyway you need a good syetem with at least 256 mb ram.
and from what i understand there will soon be a better chrome release with the possibility to install firefox add-ons

Good to know. I've yet to have it crash on me since I started using it again. I've had anywhere from 2 to 8 tabs open with no problem which would have been a problem for Firefox. I opened the task manager and chrome uses 1/4 the ram Firefox was using which is good because now I can multitask w/out Firefox crashing and slowing down my pc to a crawl. I don't know what happened with my Firefox to make it so slow and crash all the time.

Just ask yourself, what's the worst thing that could possibly happen to you at work? Being caught doing something really embarrassing? How about appearing on a TV show 3 years before you started work at your current job and someone finding out?
How about someone finding out what TV show you were on, writing to the TV company, getting a copy of the episode you appeared on and bringing it in to work to show everybody else?
Yup it's happened. One of my collegues who is not very popular appeared on Wife Swap in 2004 and his 'performance' makes him look even more foolish than he usually is. We were watching the episode this lunchtime while he was out and the laughter attracted so much attention the MD stuck his head round the door and asked what was going on. When he saw what we were watching he decided to stick around and watch the rest of it. I've never seen someone who is usually quite reserved cry with laughter before.
To top it off we screencapped the best bits, printed them off and posted them all over the office for when he got back. His expression was pure horror when he saw them.
He wouldn't speak to any of the workshop staff for the rest of the day.
It was legendary.
