Fair enough. I know he wasn't a fan of what Paul Oakenfold played when The Prodigy toured with him and Moby. DJ Floor Clearer they called him.

There was an interview in Mixmag back in '97 where he stated how much he hated House music. I'm not 100% sure whether it was Tong or Oakenfold that he cussed.

Definitely Oakenfold. He may like him as a person but not the music he plays as a DJ.

Tried to find it online but to no avail. It's the same one where he bangs on about DJ Hype being 'a fucking great DJ, he's got a fucking talent that guy'.

Oakenfold is a terrible fucking dj. He cant mix two tracks together without killing a 100 people at the same time. I've seen him two times and the result was that I didnt go and see him for the third time. His Bunkka album, however, is still excellent.

oakenfold dj sets are pretty weak but his "ready steady go" tune is epic.

First off, mad respect to the 3 Ks - Keety from Nekosite for uploading the whole damn show, Kingdom for posting The LEGEN - wait for it - DARY set list and of course Keith F for completely owning the Zane Lowe show.

For those who do not like Omen - Your opinions have the right to be respected, on the flip side, they do not have the right to be taken seriously.

Personally I think Omen is a great sign of things to come no pun intended. It is really giving off a sinister MFTJG-vibe, mixed with FOTL-vocals from Keith and Maxim, a dash of AONO experimentation, framed by Howlett`s signature tongue in cheekiness from Experience of yesteryear.

IMD is quickly becoming the consolidation of all the Prodigy have been from the start, which only makes the anticipation for the potential SIXTH album even hotter.

Liam/Prodigy have always been about the music first. If it were not so, Liam would have simply released Trigger and Nuclear along with some other FOTL-ish tracks, which would make the Prodigy for the first time: PREDICTABLE. The next Prodigy album is much like the next episode of 24, you never know what to expect, and just when you think you got it figured out, KABOOM!

To all the prodigy crew, WE NOW HAVE A REASON TO ROCK AGAIN.

Walk-Out Basements a.k.a. Terrible Majesty from Nekosite and this site

cheers!

Quote:
"It was pretty chaotic - it was a bit like doing a best man's speech," laughed Howlett.

"I mean I was thinking about it two months ago - I couldn't even enjoy my Christmas because of you guys."

Yes. There are a few mistakes on the set list e.g. "Dominator - 'Human Resource' (White Label)" It was "Human Resource - Dominator (Herve Remix)" which is released by R&S Records.

And "Release Yo Delf' was played before "Omen"
