I'd even say that 4x4 is the most powerful territory out there. The problem is that people don't put enough effort and thinking in the beats.
yeah you may be right

All remixes so far are turds. Including this one. How come nobody made the effort to put a decent remix out there? Everything sounds like it was made in an hour.

Well, do everyone remember what Sbu Focus told about remixing SMBU? He only got one lousy week to do it. So if thats also the case here, then that pretty much explains why the remixes arent any better.

The Prodigy needs a High Contrast remix imo
He rarely fails on the remix front, just listen to his works on Axwell's "I Found You", Adele's "Hometown Glory" and Utah Saints' "Something Good".

liam should stop giving out his remix tracks to all of these drum 'n bass acts. he's gotta ask some decent artists to remix his tunes. i mean real artists like aphex twin, future sound of london, trent reznor.

Not judging on their omen remix, but Noisia isnt exactly nobodys anymore.
And aphex twin would never remix the prodigy.

It's all about reaching out to new fanbases. If you haven't got a strong following and a solid scene reach, there isn't much in it for the label to pay you for a remix. Hervé and Noisia are pretty big at the moment and have a nice momentum, this way they're creating more buzz and better sales. They have to think about stuff like this as it isn't easy out there. The remixes are very decent in their own niches, they just weren't apparently made for you, that's all. I like both Noisia and Hervé, I'm enjoying all these tracks on the promo so far.
It's a shame that the remix contest for Girls back then didn't happen, would be nice if they'd fix that now with the new album, maybe even sell remix kits as a part of a digital album package!
