Hey Necronomicon2! fuckin good work on the Warriors Dance remix. lovin it!
I think someone somewhere has said ... your track should be on the remixes on the official release. I agree!!
its far better! alot more fun and interesting. the klam and ffs remixes I think are boring compared to yours man.
I've always enjoyed your tunes Necronomicon. really impressed!
Ive had a quick listen the the remix album, and i think there are all good.
Feelin the Colours remix too!
My fav's are Necronomicon2 Warriors Dance and Darkwave's Colours.

Quick review from me.
Haven't got the chance to listen to it alot, but some remixes are absolutely fantastic !
IMD - Aquila RMX Really like it. Makes me wanna jump around with a smile on my face. Gives me a happy feeling
Omen - Aquila Great how the melody of the vocals is changed. The whole track is a fukin trip !! Awesome !!
Thunder - MoozeBlaster Nice beat! Melody is very good also. Little trance-ie, but together with the beat a nice package, especially at high volume !!
Colours - Darkwave Not really my style, but a very good arrangement. I missed the melody of the original. That's what makes the original such a brilliant track in my eyes.
TMTTH - deliverusfromevil's dementia The epic melody of the original makes every rmx good. Nice rmx to put in a DJ set for easy listening.
Warriors Dance - Necronomicon2 Had to listen to it a few times. It grows on me. Nice old skool combined with rocky guitars and drums. With every listen it gets better and better.
RWTW - Lothario This track also grows one me. First time i listened to it, i had a difficult time not to press the next button. But i like it a lot more after a listen or 5. The melody reminds me of a Dune track.
Omen Reprise - Denu This is great stuff! This rmx takes me away to another world. Not the same as the original Reprise, it's a different direction, but this really is a fantastic piece!
WOF - Memphis Like this one also very much! Great beats! Really rocks my head! Big thumbs up!
Pirahna - Baltar This is something else! Very good! Can't find the right description yet, but i like it !
Stand Up - Chelarazor Heard it only once yet. Sounds nice.
The Big Gundown - Baltars This one is huge! I end up in a dark desert with low fog around me, above me a very clear sky.. In the distance huge antlike monsters passing by. Amazing atmosphere!!
Wild West - Catlaunch3r Not really my thing. Sorry..
Black Smoke - 90s break the house remix Nice trance sounds, would do well in a club.
Fighter Beat - N2RMX Hmmm.. Absolutely not my thing. Sorry..
Difficult to name one favourite. 5 or 6 tracks stand out.
Amazing cover art.
Nice job and much respect to all of you.

Aquila stuff as always is lukewarm average with enough production experience to at least sound better than most of the newbies.
the invaders must die remix kinda reminds me of Aphex Twin's Donkey Rhubarb - DEFINITELY some better beatwork in there than I'm used to hearing from Aquila tho (what the hell does the intro say.. 'I am a medal'?)
always <3 lotharios stuff but not particularly good this time round, but then I always feel like I'm missing out on the full Lothario experience because I don't listen to his stuff while sitting in a dark room by myself munching shrooms
necronomicon delivers, again, with warriors dance, but fighter beat gets a bit too dumdumdumdumdumdumdum, it's relentless
baltars dream succeeds twice <3
darkwave colours mix sounds like someone woke up charly the cat and smacked the shit out of him, but not too bad
deliverusfromevil remix is passable/good, but gets boring fast
denus remix of omen reprise is way too aggressive with the tinny lo-fi arcade machine beats, reminds me of lars ulrich on St. Anger.
stand up remix is just awful, no soul, no nothin'
wild west remix is crap
black smoke remixer definitely 'must die'
if there's anything I've missed it wasn't worth mentioning
6/10
still a worthy addition to the Brainkiller collection, a worthy project - and another great excuse to get some of these quality artists active!
Considering the tight deadline (imo) a fine job, muchly grateful; my respect to people who entered, regardless of the outcome.

first, the visual artwork turned out great, thumps up
in my opinion, omen reprise, stand up and wild west are very succeeded but most of all, the baltars dream remix of the big gun down is the best
... and the fighter beat remix is noisy crap
all in all, great work guys, thank you

Wow. It's comments like these that make me wonder just why the hell I bother.
That aside, the IMD remix started out as something serious, then I realised I could have a laugh out of it. Oh and the robot quote is "I am an apple, so f*k you!" - a nod to one of the funny photos on the band's Flickr page.

People, chill, it was just a fun contest, it's not like someone lost or won something big here. IMO, all the entries were good, no matter what anyone says. Take a look at that crap KLAM remix that got on the single and listen to the IMD remixes again after.
Also, there are some lost remixes that will be found soon, so more stuff for you to bitch about.

I always thought Warrior's Dance was a very weak re-interpretation of No Good (Start The Dance) but the N2RMX is killer Way to go, Necronomicon! This makes me want to re-rip the IMD CD and replace Liam's version of WD with yours. Perfection!
Fighter Beat was amazing, too. Some have dismissed it as crap, but I guess it depends on what types of "dance music" you like. I've never really been a fan of so-called dance music. My tastes have always leaned more towards Industrial and aggro-driven dance rhythms . This track has a nice Rotterdam-esque twist on it and that's what I enjoy. Good Job !
