Well mate, that's precisely what it was intended for. A silly giggle
Maybe one day I might rework it into something more serious.

That argument is void really. When has anyone needed to be able to use a bit of software in order to enjoy music?
All artists hit a glass ceiling of some kind.

No offense to anyone, but I had a talk with someone about remixes & stuff and that got me thinking about something. This "contest" wasn't voted as it should have been. Why? Because only the people that had entries into the contest were allowed to vote, and those people "see" music in a different way. For example, I can't help myself to notice details about a track, like this drum is too weak, the bass is too distorted, etc. The "regular" people just enjoy the overall sound, without judging the quality of some instrument, the sound level and so on. You get the idea. So the fair thing would be to allow everyone to vote on the entries, not just the people that know their track inside out.
Again, no offense to anyone, congratulations to all the entrants, this is only my opinion.

yes, you get the idea. is like letting "normal" people judge shows like Americal idol and so on. I'm not a music maker, and I for example voted for IMD The Lone Gunman Remix, who didn't make it on the final album. because I see the remixes in a different way. only people who know what they are doing were allowed to vote.

True... but I was referring to people criticising quality of sounds, mixing, production, arrangement etc.... It's all good.

I must say firstly this is one of the best album to come from brainkiller and associates:P since Music From the Jilted Generation V1(not to say the inbetweens weren't great just I never felt like they were killer)... congrats to all in this album for making a great set of remixes...
my 2 most fav songs are Omen(Aquila Remix) and TAKEMETOTHEHOSPITAL (deliverusfromevil's dementia mix) mostly cause their really sly.... overall though I love this album:)

but anyways my vote goes to the Darkwave colours mix
it was a hard choice though the whole cd is good.
