Now the dust has settled, how would you rank the album among all the others, and what would be your list of preference in terms of the tracks?

To start us off, I'd say it's as strong as Experience and Jilted, and ahead of FOTL and AONO.

And in terms of track preference:

#1 Thunder (best Prodigy track ever imo)

#2 (joint) Take me to the Hospital, Invaders Must Die, Omen, World's on Fire

#6 (joint) Warrior's Dance, Stand Up, Omen Reprise

#10 Run With the Wolves
#11 Colours
#12 Piranha

What do you lot think?

I rank it up there with my two other favourite prodigy albums, Jilted and AONO. Love it, admittedly I tend to skip a couple of tracks now, but I love the majority of them and they dont seem to be getting old as of yet.

I'll skip Invaders 50% of the time depending on how I feel, I prefer the extended version of Omen from the single so I listen to that, always, then Thunder, never skip that. Colours I listen to for about a minute, then I skip it because for some reason my iphone always crashes halfway through the song and i have to wait for the battery to die completely before i can use it again  Take Me To The Hospital and Warrior's Dance I love, don't skip these at all, Run is the same as Invaders, i may or may not skip it. Omen reprise is an epic breakdown. I edited WOF myself so the chorus was back to how it was originally, so i listen to that and pirahna, but i skip Stand Up because the 30 second intro annoys me now and I can't be arsed to wait for it to kick in

But yeah, still love it 8-) *Puts it on now*

This is their best album along with Jilted, Fat, Experience and AONO of course.

1) Music For The Jilted Generation
2) The Fat Of The Land
3) The Prodigy Experience
4) Invaders Must Die
5) Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned

That is how I rank the albums. Then everything else created by anyone comes after all 5 of The Prodigy albums...

As for Invaders Must Die, I love the album but can I really justify placing it above or equal or to any of their 90's albums? No I can't. Even The Prodigy Experience, I mean if I think of it this way, if I had to sacrifice either the Prodigy Experience so that's no more Jericho, no more Out Of Space, no more Wind It Up ever again and trade for the Invaders Must Die tracks I couldn't do it, I'd have to choose to keep The Prodigy Experience. I couldn't wipe that from my listening over Invaders Must Die, so therefore I must like it more. And if I prefer Music For The Jilted Generation and The Fat Of The Land over The Prodigy Experience then they must all come above it, which for me they do hence my rankings. I still love Invaders Must Die and rank it above Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned because it is a more solid album, a more Prodigy style album. Having said that my favourite Prodigy track of the 00's is Spitfire album version, yes that's right the album version! That is my fave Prpdigy track of the 00's and I'd take it over anything off Invaders Must Die, but as an album Invaders Must Die is far higher quality overall. I've rambled on long enough  ...

1-MFTJG
2-FOTL
3-IMD
4-Experience
5-AONO

IMD has a couple of really solid tracks like Omen and Warrior's Dance, but it also has some pretty meh filler like Piranha and Colours (which sounds like a AONO b-side). Also, it's solid, but also a 'safe' album - doesn't really 'push the envelope' like Jilted and FOTL did back in the day.

I really like AONO, possibly as much as IMD. But I just like the 'full band' stuff on IMD, reminds me of FOTL.
For me:
1. FOTL
2. IMD
3. AONO
4. MFTJG (I really like this album though it's so good)
5. Experience (I like most tracks but some are just too shitty 90's rave for me, like wind it up)

It's still too early to judge for me.

I'm enjoying IMD more than any of the other albums at the moment.
