No, guys... let them make a track.
First it's all 'Liam should make more and new shit, give use some B-side dammit'... now we're here, he's on to something... and it's being dissed.
Well, I would only diss it if it's out and it's terrible. As I don't know what to expect... I'd say: 'sure, let them work together, who knows what the outcome's gonna be'.
I'm probably the only one on the forum that can see some beauty in In Silico? It reminds me of Howard Jones and lots of '70/'80 music, which is not a bad thing to me. Sure it's not a masterpiece, but it's not half as terrible as everyones moaning.
Pretty much new Pendulum tracks (from Immersion), sounds dated and sameshitdifferentday though. A mix between first and second album, with no new sound development. In Silico sounded more fresh to me.

Interesting. First Pendulum go on and on about how Prodigy is so f.... disappointing these days and now they're sucking it all up and doing a collab with them. Yeah, that's the spirit. Hope you choke on a beat, Pendulum.

There are a couple of problems here:
a) They were caught bitching about the prodigy, the band who made them. If it weren't for their voodoo people remix would they be as recognised as they are? That coupled with the fact they were being billed as "the next prodigy."
b) Their first album was great in my opinion! I still listen to it now again. How did they move forward from that? They attempted a cross-over D&B album that was quite frankly shit. So how do they move on from that? By the sounds of it they're just making a Hold your colour part 2. This isn't necessarily a bad thing mind you and it will be interesting to see how it all pans out.
A collab would be cool, but in my opinion they don't deserve it.

yeah indeed they probably do not deserve that but come on who cares if they're bitchin'? Liam's been bitching about so many great musicians so what?? The only thing I care is that The Prodigy are working on new material - even if they're working with pussycat dolls I'd be happy - if Liam's involved - bring it
Everyone knows that Pendulum are not the best dnb act out there but still they rock live and their new tracks sound promising although I'm not a big fan of the band - you can go check their new stuff on youtube
and please people do not hate before you hear the shit - GIVE THE SHIT A CHANCE
peace out

Those pendulum bastards wouldn't know a beat if it kicked them in the face! They are so far from the realm of good beats that they will never see one, let along choke on it...

I don´t wanna moan about this collab, but I would prefer a collaboration between prodigy and the chemical brothers ...

Will this surface though? Where's the Dizzee Rascal collab? Exactly. Also Pendulumn said this about their new album, well NME did...
"He added that there were collaborations with "major electronic artists" on the album, including at least one act he thought it would be "impossible" to hook up with."
http://www.nme.com/news/pendulum/49327
Although I doubt that's Prodigy related, it's too late for that on the album now...
