Oh come on you can't call him talentless.

That's just being plain ignorant man. You don't like him? Fine, that's your opinion. But to say he's talentless is just being a fucking idiot.

wow some of the hate in this thread is waaaay over the top. lets face it Keith is pretty untalented and Liam makes music with him, and he used Juliette Lewis to make a music as well. Im pretty sure Dizzee is way more talented than those two. Basically, I want to hear all the production from Liam I can and would love to see Liam finally produce a hip-hop album for an artist. I read somewhere recently about Dizzee himself saying on his next album he wanted to take his sound to the next level and the only way to do that was Liam. I think this collab is definitely going to happen and I am very excited about it.

exactly! BUT 1 small correction if you don't mind- Juliette Lewis IS talented for sure! Check her albums. I love her music ("Pray For The Band Latoya" is one of my favourite songs)

Juliette is really good at what she does.
Good band and albums, I don't necessarily recommend her music but I like her stuff.

Was pretty smashed when I went on the tirade about Dizzee bein talentless, but sayin that he still owes all his recent success to other producers writing the music thats been getting him bigger in popularity, somehow it sorta feels like he's just using them, I know he can't control who buys the music but he's really sold himself out compared to his early grime days.
It seems like Dizzee has no respect for any of the guys that have put him to the top of the charts in recent months n thats the same for wanting to work with the prodigy, seems like he's thinking, 'who can i work with now to get me another number 1 single?.. Oh yeh, Liam H!'

To be fair, Dizzee has said in past occasions that he likes The Prodigy's music a lot and It didn't seem that he was just bigging them up for personal gain due to being a support act. I don't think he's done a David Guetta and sold out to the pop audience really. Personally, I believe that his music taste has just changed and he wants to record different types of music. I can understand why he feels like making happy music now with all his success. :-D

hold the phone.. as much as i dont like to say but is he not the reason firestarter got the prodigy their first number 1 single...
call him untalented if you want, and im not just sayin this cos i love the shit he does, but you cannot argue thet the prodigy would be were they are without him.. he does have vision and BALLS... something most musicians these days dont have

hes a bit of a firecracker, hes got an xfactor, i wouldnt say hes brimming with creativity, i thought device one was good albeit far too messy. keith saw an opportunity with firestarter and took it, some people have really good ideas but they are leaky vessels when it comes to actually pulling it off, thats where intelligent level headed producers come in and plug up the holes.

im having a really annoying time with someone like this at the moment, i want to work with them, they have great ideas, but they should never be put in charge of actually implementing them because they are scatty as fuck n would never get completed to a good standard. some people need to learn their fucking place, and that you cant have everything or be everything at once.

i think keith has learnt that after AONO, soon after firestarter i think he assumed he would have a bigger share as songwriter for the band due to his popularity- maxims always been chilled n carefree it seems, hes the coolest out of all of them.

its frustrating cos i know those 7 years wouldnt have been wasted if it werent for those 2 egos clashing.

Dizzee Diz set to lend a hand on the upcoming electro giant’s album…

Not content with getting Calvin Harris on board for the massive Dance Wiv’ Me, Raskit is now set to work with the music monster of The Prodigy. Speaking on Australian radio station Triple J; Keith, Liam and Maxim revealed that the Bow MC, a long time fan is set to collaborate with them on their next record.

“When it happens it will happen,” the group told the station down under. “Basically, we’ve talked about it and we’ve just been on the road for so long now. So when we have a break and I get to go back into the studio – that’s when I guess the next lot of music will happen.”

Eyes and ears open then guys, not only have you been warned of the collaboration, but that there’s a new album on the horizon. Invaders Must Die was a massive album for 2009 and we’re hoping for bigger and better things in the oh-ten.
