I think they are officially posted for download - not leaked...

Kush video dropped today...pretty damn good just like the track. Cant wait to hear what is in store for us with the album.
this track was simply going to be used for a Best Buy commercial for his beats products. now is has kicked off Detox right which will be finished in about 20 days. Look for a February/March release date and a January official single release.

Dre's reps said that 4/20 is not the release day but didn't say if it would be released before or after.
the first official single drops Feb 8th and is called "I Need A Doctor" produced by Alex Da Kid and features Eminem. There is a leaked version that is floating around that is supposedly not the final but its pretty good. The track is good and kind of tells the story of what has taken Detox so long and who Dre is but it's disappointing that we have 2 tracks from Detox and neither is produced by Dre. However, I think this is Dre's pop single much like Eminem would always release the goofy pop track as his first single and then the album would be way different.

It's funny how the guy, who's a perfectionist, can be working on that album 'Detox' for over a decade, be disappointed about it and throw it away. But now that he gets a surge of inspiration, he can rush a new album in a couple of months, release it and be super happy about it.
We've heard about this before, haven't we?
***
I'm gonna be interested in hearing this album if, and only if it has any Dre Day/Still Dre-type song.

Damn good album.
BUT
Dre is now less interested in serving up club anthems than he is interested in delivering a pure, solid hardcore hip hop album that is very cinematic.
There is no instant club classic tune like "Still Dre" in here BUT.. there's no tune as soulful as "All in a Day's Work" in 2001 or The Chronic either.
