Hey guys :)

I'm typing this story for someone else, with a reason.

Les has made an awesome 2-track journey , wich I want to talk about.

He has been working on it for 2 weeks non-stop ,
and came by today wich is a 3 hour trip for him.

We grabbed the car together and stopped on a nice quiet spot with the sun in our eyes.

So I put my Prodigy sunglasses on , lit up the cig , and said 'Play that shit'.

Full of anticipation for my response on his work , he put in the CD in the CD player.

I couldn't believe it at first, but he's done a very good job and I hope he'll continue with this sound.
I'm really proud of the bloke.
He said he'll post it in a few minutes , but wanted me to announce it , since
he's been saying it would be dedicated to me for the past 2 weeks.

I don't want to describe the sound.

I just hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.
An honorable bow to Full Throttle , he did it.

He fucking did it.

It's his gem.
It's his masterpiece! :)

(And he fucking hates dubstep as you know  )

You sound so neutral on this.

Play Raid/Riot as one track, and play them loud.

(Temporary cover  )

i like it.

Raid...
some nice dubstep there... I like your sounds, some people try to do dubstep and just feels like a paint be number dubstep... but this takes it into a different direction and has character. like the beat change at the 3:45
Riot... 8-)
took me by surprise when it kicked off, loved it... then the Full Throttle part came in and loved it even more. good use of the sample.

fucking George Bush lol

awesome work dude
thumbs up!
:-D

Good shit man! Professional! This could easlily be released as an EP!

Edit - IMO last 50 seconds of Raid sounds pasted in, suddenly the beat was way louder than the rest of the track! :) Everything else perfect ^^

To all;

Thanks for your replies! I didn't expect such replies, especially on a Saturday night. I'm surprised that people even download and listen the entire work, as it lasts for nine full minutes (it's quite long you know!)... Thanks for listening.

Neorev:

Sure, you can use it for your mix! Will you play it live?

Jericho-X:

Thanks for the last comment you made. You surprised me by saying that. I have checked the file, and you're right! :-D The last part the drums are a tad too loud. I will fix this before Monday, and re-upload the files. Spotted nicely, especially because you have heard it with a lot of focus. Thanks! It's nice to know that people aren't skipping/listening in one minute.

Nightmare:

I'll have a good cover in a week. This one is made by Stasz, just to have an image.

Again, thanks all!

Yes, I'm preparing my mix to jam out live with it...
I recently bought the Akai APC20 for Ableton and it's fucking wicked!
So I'm going thru tracks and chopping 'em up for triggering
Do like a mix/mash up of stuff... mostly dubstep... some electro

Also, if you had the parts for Raid, I wouldn't mind having a go at it for a remix if you're into that sorta thing. You got two solid tracks... have peeps have a go at remixing and do a proper little EP. I always love hearing people take my tunes and make it their own. See what they pull out of it and give it their twist.

P.S./
Sidenote:
I went a little nuts these last couple of weeks...
I also bought the new Kaoss Pad Quad... cuz I just had to, I love their Kaoss Pads
and Izotope Stutter Edit before it shot up another $50... now that has some mad crazy glitched out chops you can get

I download it.
I listened to it as 1 track.
My thoughts as a plain and simple listener: I liked Riot part of the track which is not a surprise coz I'm not a dubstep fan :D , but Raid has some twisted/sick sounds that's for sure.

Interesting thing is that for someone who doesn't like dubstep or should I dare to say hate it , it seems you did a pretty good job. Reading comments from guys who likes the genre and also makes music confirms that

Respect

To Neorev:

It's awesome that you'd like to play it live. I'd say play that shit, but you HAVE to somehow record a video of the few people bouncing around. I'm not that keen on EP's and remixes for that matter, but I will think of it. I could up the sample pack, but at least not yet. There's a competition on MP that I'd like to join, and I'm still not 100% done with the track, actually.

Nice you got all that equipment! I'm looking for something like the AkaiAPC20, but I don't have the money for that yet.

To Warning:

Thanks! :-D Yeah Bush is in it, cause he's one of those big leader dudes, waiting to be kicked of his throne. I love how he completely fucks up what he ws trying to say. Made me guess what was actually on his mind. ;-)

To gava:

Thanks! :P It's just perfect for me to hear a dubstep'hater' is into what I like, and like to create (again, I'm no friends with dubstupid). Respect is absorbed, I feel good about that.
