I dont think so...
Punk/rock is someting like Bad Religion, NOFX, Rancid...
RATM is someting like mix of rapcore and hardcore. x)

Tool is the coolest rock band I can think of.....I am no expert at classic rock, so they may just be Led Zepplin afterbirth...I dunno.....All I know is that they cary me away on epic rock&roll oddesseys.

Ok I see what you mean and I understand. I myself see rock as guitar + drums with a powerfull energy in it. That's why I think RatM is rock, but yeah, I get your point. Diversity in people's opinions is good. :roll:

Hmmm Tool progressive rock not metal.When you talk about metal Tool is alternative.So alternative metal and progressive rock.You know them long but belive me,it's checked :D
